Can I also sign Misbah Ul-Haq should he be available for selection. I couldn't see him on any of the rosters.

Misbah Ul-Haq is removed by Na Maloom Afraad from my team because he is retired from List A & ODI's.

I'm actually trying to know if He and Afridi are still eligible to play List-A cricket, You see. Misbah is still playing test cricket and should not have any problems in playing List-A. Can't say the same about Afridi.

But, if they are eligible then Misbah and Afridi will go to Rest of Pakistan and Sindh, respectively.

In that case many leagues allow James Faulkner to play in spite of his ban.. So this league is Unique, I dont think they should be let to play if they are not playing List A.

Then I am pretty sure James Faulkner will be able to play, he is banned only from International and their domestic cricket for their own country regulation.. Its not some kind of action or Bribe ban.. Ban on James Faulkner was made by CA and not ICC so he must be eligible as well right.. According to your point..
