Opening and editing the .PUB kit files in the game directory

As the title suggests.

It seems all the kit files are in the game directory (C:\Program Files\Xplosiv\International Cricket Captain 3). I tried opening these files on a few programs but none worked, In OpenOffice I got a load of pages with weird characters.

Any help/suggestions?

Ah, so this means you can make the kits look more realistic with sponsors etc.

I downloaded a trial of that software. Yeah.... it doesn't work. Wrong software. And I am the total opposite of surprised. The day you can edit the graphics or database for an International Cricket Captain will be the day pigs have learnt how to fly.

.pub is not exclusively a Microsoft Publisher file. Maybe its just my version of Publisher 2007 that won't open ICC3 .pub files and the developers of ICC3 really did use a piece of stationary composing software to design and code the ingame graphics................................... :

Ok then you find a program to open it and come back and tell me which one it was.

The only other thing it might be is a neo paint file - at least its used to create multimedia items.

Other than that they've created their own file extension.
