I was just looking through the files and noticed that 3d graphics for jerseys had teams such as Argentina, Canada, Denmark, Fiji, Japan, UAE & USA. Has anyone seen these teams appear at a world cup?

UAE has I've noticed. No in 09, but in 08 and earlier versions.
