Afridi was run out imo. He can do this when theres no pressure but he needs to prove he can do it under pressure to show he's back

What an innings by Afridi...he finally gets a 50 which he needed for a long time...of 20 balls as well..Yosusf makes a well deserved 100...and Pakistan end with 351-4...great batting display...now lets hope pakistani bowlers can bowl well...

If only Afridi had the will to start his innings like he did today. I dont think until he passed 15 did the ball leave the deck after hitting his bat then he started to smack Afridi backing up my praise, i said he was class and he showed it! Yousef did well.

Nazir did very well.......he allowed Younis Kahn and Yousuf to make a big partnership Inzi did crap really but Afridi made sure of a big total.

3.2 	Naved-ul-Hasan to de Villiers, FOUR, success this time. bit more width and he cuts past point and it beats Razzaq manning the widish thirdman region
3.1 	Naved-ul-Hasan to de Villiers, no run, just outside off, on a length, skids on off the truf, de Villiers shapes to force it away off the back foot but is hurried by the delivery, just pushes it out to the off side in the end

this was the reason i didn't want Rana to play

Asif on the other hand is bowling a good tight line...

Also Afridi has already dropped one catch...

HUGE LBW APPEAL by Asif but not-out...

and the South African captain departs for 15...Asif keeps that brilliant line and length and finally gets his man to edge one to slips...

1.6 Naved-ul-Hasan to de Villiers, 1 run, dropped by Afridi at midwicket. Back of length, on the middle, pulled away, again weakly, to left of Afridi who dives but couldn't hold on to it.

In all fairness, sounds like it was a tough chance.
Rana has gone from decent Test and ODI bowler to great ODI and crap Test bowler to crap Test AND ODI bowler...
But Asif has struck, runs are drying, Azhar Mahmood might come on to bowl soon, and all is right with the world.

This is T20 stuff from De Villiers, he has hammered Rana for 43 in four overs...
