Yes but If someone keeps making 0 it isn't fair on someone else to have to stay out of the side. I mean if someone doesn't perform then for the sides sake they need to be left out. Also instead or encouragement all we got was discouragement from Zmario. That didn't help his cause either!

Yes but the real point is that their performance is not necessarily meaningful as their skill level doesn't really change. I'm not sure how in depth the sim is.

well thanks for offering me a place treva and after how the team has changed, i think i will be tempted to stay...if i do stay than can i please change into a pure opening batter please...wether you put me in the team or not, thats your decision to make...

Ok, so far we have the following changes ~ Bilal to Pure Bat, Voldemort to Pure Bowl & Travder to Pure Bat.

This are the inactive players we will be getting rid of:

• Usy
• Scorpion_rulezz
• Pak Cricketer
• Muhammad_inzi
• Zainawan89
• Zain1612

So we should be able to get some good draft picks from the newbies. I think Wildwil, Monty57, Hooper, Abhas and Gilly Fan will all be high posters. Metallica ACDC is another good player but not sure he will be active. I say we go for the following players in the draft (In priority order):

Player Type: Wicket Keeper Batsman
Bat: RHB
Bowl:Keeper

In need of a wicket keeper and he will post as well

Bowl: Right Arm Fast

We need a pace man to strengthen our attack

Can replace one of our 4 big batsman at the top

Bowl: Right arm leg spin

Another spinner to partner Hawkas, would most likely play ahead of Hawkas

Will post and could strengthen bowling even more

I would be more than happy for you to be Captain next season, you've done a sterling role since taking over temporeriarly and I think next season we could do quite well!

And as far as I go next season, ive had a change of mind, I dont want to change to an opening bat, but rather id like to take over our vacant number 3 position as pure bat. If it comes down to it and we dont have an opener to partner whomever it may be, then I will offer myself to open. But my priority is to change to a pure bat at number 3
