You know what I'm sick of having Zmario in our team criticsizing everything and saying the only reason we don't win is because he aint playin. His behaviour should be taken seriously by bilal and in my opinion he should be chucked out the team. He has no respect for any of us and wants the team to be run and full of just Pakistani's...

His attitude change seems to coincide with the fact he didnt get the captaincy when it was up for grabs, ever since then he has been discourageful and downbeat, even in victory! Its not great and he needs to realise no 1 man is bigger than the team, you would think if anyone had a reason to be spiteful it would be you Bilal the way everyone was wanting you out, but you have been the complete opposite, even when you werent playing you supported the team and waited for your chance, but when zMario wasnt playing he complained and savaged us which is not on!

Sort it zMario or like trev said above, you will be out.

If I am made captain for next season I would like to state the following:

~ I would like to offer Bilal and Briggsey another season at the club. You have been great players and very active and great assets to the team.

~ I would give zmario the chance to make the decision wether he wishes to leave or not. If he is willing to stay and post constructively towards the team and it's players then he would most likely been in the XI.

~ Although these guys have been great for the team, due to inactivity, The Blazer, Scorpion Rulezz, M Inzi, Usy and Zainawan will be released.

~ Also I would like to make this thread active full with suggestions for line-ups, performances and just general talk.

Just reading through this, as Karachi Xpress said, please refrain from profanities and personal attacks. I have undeleted treva's post but removed all foul language.

Although let me stress that activity and team balance should form the basis for selection, not performance. All pure bowlers are equal in skill level, as are all pure all rounders, as are all pure batsman.

Yes but If someone keeps making 0 it isn't fair on someone else to have to stay out of the side. I mean if someone doesn't perform then for the sides sake they need to be left out. Also instead or encouragement all we got was discouragement from Zmario. That didn't help his cause either!
