Oh Blocker. All you need to know is that they said April so if it's not out by March people get annoyed.

better they miss April (hopefully not by much) and produce a patch that will allow the game to live up to potential than release a half-baked one.

also, i don't believe anything more than a target of around the end of April was ever mentioned. people should temper their expectations.

I've finally gotten my internet (NBN) connected - woo hoo. The latest patch is a God send, esp the ability to hit through the cover region.

Do we know whats coming in the April patch?

Also, I like pretty much everything BA has done wrt look/feel, however they still need to fix the shoes. The current shoes are just plain horrible. Yeah I know its a small thing but this is cricket. You spend most of the time starting at your own character.

Also, I noticed there's still the 'aim at stumps, WK comes flying/diving/sliding to catch the ball' which is just unrealistic. However on the same token I've also seen fielders throw AT the WK who was still running up to the stumps. Unless its a runout chance, fielders should always throw back to the keeper. This should hopefully stop that silly GK type dives and slides.

Otherwise, looking good.

ps. BA, will you guys ever allow us to play 40 overs instead of 20 during club cricket?

4. Dedicated Developers

Do you own any of the Pro evolution soccer games? It has it's online bug for ages, iteration after another. Yet, konami doesn't bother to look at. Also if you had played that game before konami's patches starts rolling (within next 2 months), the core gameplay remains buggy as hell.

Yet, none considers this "half-baked"!!

Simply an acknowledgement that the timeframe doesn't give enough space for a patch that would match expectations. I would much rather wait and get the best patch possible.

But they do and you feel Fifa is squeaky clean...?
