I would like to say only one thing, the Indian stadiums are just wrong there.

You should have included Brabourne/Wankhede-Mumbai, Chinnaswamy-Bangalore and Chepauk-chennai..

They are the Home grounds of the teams qualified.
Kolkata and Cuttak are home grounds of Kolkata Kingfishers,
Mohali and Dharamsala are home grounds of Punjab Panthers.

A manager cannot becoming a panel member. All League managers are Panel Members, with few more people in addition to them, who will be introduced after few days.
