PC Champions League to go Down Under.

PC Champions League chairperson clearly stated that there was a poll in Champions League Jury/Panel Members, And Team Managers on where to host the second season of Champions League, and it was decided that Australia & New Zealand will be hosting the Champions League jointly as just couple of venues couldn't do the job. Both of them secured 3-2 votes respectively from the people eligible to vote at the end of the poll (Poll still available for voting, but votes doesn't count), which meant that both would be hosting the event.

The Venues are:
1) Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney.
2) Kardina Park, Geelong.
3) Blake Park, Mt Maunganui.
4) McLean Park, Napier.

According to reports, the home matches of Sizziling Silvers was to be hosted by Mt Maunganui, Grappling Grays was to be hosted by McLean Park, Napier, Kolkata Kingfishers was to be hosted by Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney. and Punjab Panthers was to be hosted by Kardina Park, Geelong. He said that the schedule will be out soon. he said that the Jury Members/ Panel Members of Champions League will be disclosed soon.

TBA VS TBA at Sydney.

Note:

The matches at the venues are not evenly distributed due to the ground commitments.

The number of home games are not evenly distributed due to the round robin being just one round. It has been randomly done.

Each round goes for 1 day. If you miss out giving the line up, the match will be Canceled as the player clashes may force me not to use the same line up.

You should make it if they don't submit a line-up they forfeit the match, otherwise it is unfair on the team who posted their line-up.
E.g. I submit my line-up and someone else doesn't, why should I be penalized, I should just pick up an automatic win.

Before I confirm what team I'm going to manage, I need to know how the playing XI's are going to be done.
E.g. Will their be any rules about WPL teams, like making half of them DOM and half INT like we talked about through PM or not? Also will APL teams be allowed to play five INT players?

Also I'm assuming the format will be 50 overs, as three out of four of the leagues are 50 overs.

Great, WPL teams should remain as it is because you can not make changes in a champions team.

If you do and it start losing then they'll not remain the champions.

It's simple like the concept that you once said that Any team will not be relaced by a team from the same league because the other team is not the champion.

Can I get Sydney as my home ground.;)

That would suck, who wants to see matches being forfeited..?

Why don't they just post their line-up within 24 hours?
I don't want to see my matches canceled, becuase some guy was too lazy to post his playing XI...

Ah guys, check out firstpost:yes.
Everything is explained there in detail:).

By me in First Post said:
Points Distribution:
A win fetches you 2 points.
A win in round 3 fetches you 3 points.
If match canceled due to unavailability of line up of one side, the other one would be declared the winner.
If match canceled due to unavailability of line ups of either sides, the match would be abandoned and each team will be getting a point each.

Line up restrictions:
Do read how the players are solved from clashes before you post a line up.
1) All teams from APL, ICL & NZPL can use maximum of 5 overseas players.
2) All WPL managers have to wait for further notice on line up restrictions.

I hope everything gets fair after you read this:).

And Biggy, I've got my league suspended due to this and even managers of APL and NZPL will be confused as they're playing with new squads now:yes (Delisting 3-5 players and getting new players).
So, I'm planning to finish off everything is a week of time, so that they can manage their fresh squads and I can start my league:yes.

And if you want me to use previous match line up, its not possible as player clashes change match by match.

Binnu added 8 Minutes and 48 Seconds later...

The Jury members are almost confirmed.

They'll have to vote few polls like what we had in choosing the venues & will have to pick the players for few awards at the end of the season:).

^^^ Probably hedger.

Why does a win in round 3 fetches you 3 points???
TBH I think every round should just be the same.
