Mate, the rule is you should not spam. If they spam (like:- the person who takes me, would be the winner of the league, take me faster, etc etc) would not be counted and even they would be reported spam and their average would get down in the game.
And Zaxotes is the one next to draft up.
As suggested by Brendon Hedger, After round 3 (i.e, from round four) the owners can pick up three members so that the draft completes up faster.
And about International players:- Yeah we'll be having two in each team and in game, one would be allowed to play..!!

Akshay is totally busy with his examinations. And I even have examinations from 27th of this month.
So, I request the members of it to just be active as their averages mainly depend on the no.of posts they post without spam.
And, the drafting would move on slowly.
