England decided to start the day by using both their spinners and their ploy worked well enough to see off the in-form Umair Nazim
Niranjan Gurupur started batting quite confidently after a nervous start to his innings
Gurupur tried to take on the military-medium Simranjit Singh, but only ended up spooning a simple catch to Shady at cover
Yash Raj's furniture was disturbed by Sim just an over after lunch
Simranjit Singh who was used as nothing more than a part-timer in the last few games showed how good he could be by picking up another big wicket
Sim got rid of the Aussie skipper as well which took his figures to 4/28 from 13 overs, barely believable for a military medium bowler playing at the Adelaide Oval

Wow great stuff lads, better display with the ball and the fielding has been better. Also feels great to put the team on my back and getting the wickets. We should be aiming to play it safe for the first hour 1/2 runs in each of the overs will do good.

Day 4
England decided to start the day by using both their spinners and their ploy worked well enough to see off the in-form Umair Nazim
Niranjan Gurupur started batting quite confidently after a nervous start to his innings
Gurupur tried to take on the military-medium Simranjit Singh, but only ended up spooning a simple catch to Shady at cover
Yash Raj's furniture was disturbed by Sim just an over after lunch
Simranjit Singh who was used as nothing more than a part-timer in the last few games showed how good he could be by picking up another big wicket
Sim got rid of the Aussie skipper as well which took his figures to 4/28 from 13 overs, barely believable for a military medium bowler playing at the Adelaide Oval
Nick Agger couldn't quite carry out his master plan of grinding England's bowlers to the dust this time
Thomson and Phillip sensing the apocalypse, decided to go for quick runs and get their lead up higher
The pressure clearly was put back on England as shown by a couple of shambolic misfields
The English skipper had quite enough and fired in an unplayable quick yorker to get Phillip out. Into the typical tailenders now..
Prithvi Raj decided to go after the bowling rather than just hang around
England got the key wicket of Thomson the very first ball after the tea interval
Prithvi Raj too followed Thomson back to the pavillion
Tewatia went on an all-out attack against Singh who was looking to bring up a deserved five-wicket haul
Singh dismissed Ryder to wrap up the innings and claim his fifth wicket of the innings

England got off to a poor start for the second time in the match, with Ram also scoring a duck for a second time to end with a pair
Some classy boundaries from Kumar and King put the pressure right back on the bowlers
King yet again threw it away after getting off to a good start
The umpire got into the act by giving a dubious Khawaja-esque caught behind decision to see Kumar off
England ended the day with the score on 88/3. They need another 145 runs to win with seven wickets and a day in hand.
