The PCGM is corrupted than IPL, It has been a long time since a deserving entry got the first place. The new voting system is the reason for it.

Well, the PCGMC has seen it all.

The first and some part of the second season were completely based on a public poll and had no judges/panel whatsoever. This led to people creating fake accounts or asking their friends to vote for them. We then had to make it into a competition where a dedicated panel determined the results. This worked well for the third and fourth season, but led to innumerable delays in the last season.

Keeping the above into consideration, I re-introduced the public voting system albeit with the panel still there. The panel now only selects the top 3 entries of the entire lot. This has considerably reduced the number of delays.

The aim for the next season is to even out the weightage of the poll and the panel, making it 50-%-50%.

this sounds good but there should also be some constructive criticism it will help a lot of graphics developers to improve

I feel bad for the makers of entry one and seven, the should get one vote at-least. Usually there is no seperation between the mid level entries because, all vote for the best ones.
