10% of these votes will added in the ratings sent by the Panel Members.

The public voting can be back for the 3rd Season. The Public should as much have a fair chance of rating as much as the Panel members. Agreed there'll be problems, but they can be sorted out.

Pranav,that wall is my own idea and I know what effects and textures I used there.There definitely cant exist a tutorial for that.
