Hopefully I'll be able to manage my own players this time around .. my players were under utilized with previous managers ... don't think we won a single match the last time around..thus not progressing and less activity from my side.

Gold. And that is true that Pakistani players are not that good
 
Despite the exceptional show by my players they have been downgraded for some reason. Lack of activity cannot be the reason.
