Auctioning was my first thought, but i will rethink it.

Auctioning would be OK. How about we have all players who know what team they want to play for negotiate with those managers. If they don't know, they can opt for the auction instead. Auction gives them more money, but negotiation gives them a choice.

However, how do you 'buy' someone who already wants to be in your club? You won't get much money that way if your the player.

How about everyone has a minimum price say 3K for example. Now for someone desirable (like msyelf ) teams can start bidding for that person. If at the end there are people who have not been bought a club is forced to buy them to make up their squad for the minimum 3K.

Good idea?
