Teams comprise of a total of 23 players each, out of which a maximum of 5 players can be overseas signings.
All teams shortlist their local squad, after which an overseas draft will be held to determine the overseas picks.

Players can only represent their local region. A player local to Karachi can not go and play for Lahore or vice-versa.
