Wait man, that's just not it. If the managers really have to select 18 players from their teams then there is no need for drafts, just ask them to post their 18 men squad straight-away or if you want drafts, you'll have to make a form first. Anyway, it's up to you.

^Exact same to my South African draft, just names change. Yes I agree with Sullu, if you want to start this ASAP, give managers the real IPL teams as I said before, but it's all your choice.
