'Personal Computer'

I have just been taking a look at the 'Downloads Centre' on this Website, and have decided that I will Download either the 'Sky Sports Patch' or the 'Channel Nine Patch'. These sound really good. I have ordered 'EA Sports Cricket 2004' for the Personal Computer from 'E-Bay', so it should arrive neatly packaged through the mail during the next few days. I will keep this 'Thread' running, so please continue to Post. Thank-You once again.

I was serious, you are using a few too many of these ''''''''' None of them are actually needed. Just a friendly hint.

I sincerely apologize for using too many quotation marks, I just used them for a name or an uncommon word. I won't use any more of them in my Posts. My copy of EA Sports Cricket 2004 still hasn't arrived in the mail (the copy I ordered from E-Bay), so I still have not been able to play the video game on the Personal Computer. I have already decided to download an Artificial Intelligence Patch and the Sky Sports Patch from the Downloads Centre when it arrives. That should be in the next few days because the E-Mail said that it should be dispatched within one to two working days, and it has just been one. Please keep Posting on this Thread, your comments and feedback are very much appreciated. Although, please keep to the topic. If you have any problems with my grammar, than send me a private message. I started this Thread for a specific topic and I would like forum users to keep to that. Thank-You, everyone.

Personal Computer

Great work, everyone. I have just checked my E-Mail and there was a message from the E-Bay Seller telling me that he had mailed the game yesterday on First Class Post. That means it should arrive by Friday, January 21st, 2005 at the latest, then I'll be able to play it, master it and download Patches. I just have a question though. I downloaded the EA Sports Cricket 2002 demo on Saturday, 15th January, 2005 and the controls were using the Number Pad and the Arrow Keys. Are these controls mirrored for EA Sports Cricket 2004? Or are there different controls? Please answer my question.

different you use wsda however you can change it to 5864.

Personal Computer

I arrived home tonight to find that my copy of EA Sports Cricket 2004 had come in the mail today. I can now use everything on this Website, which I am very pleased about. However, I would like to download some essential and fun Patches, but I always get an error message. I am not able to download the config editor, but I don't know why. Please help.

Help required

Well, now I have found out what the problem was- I had to download another file to make the config editor run properly, so now I have the config editor. Now I want to download a Patch but don't know how to get the file into the config editor. I've already downloaded Sam's Cricket 2004 exe and Sam's Cursor exe but don't know how to download other patches. HELP!

download them then on the config editor click import and select the patch u have just downloaded. Make sure u unzip the patch first hope this helps :)

Still No Luck!

Hi, The_gas. I have tried this but it always tells me that it 'can't locate cricket2004_gob file. I havn't a clue what this means but maybe you could help me?!

Open up the config editor. Next to the greyed out box that says "save" you will see an arrow pointing down, click this and select the pc_gob file under C;\Program files/Ea sports/Cricket 2004/data

STILL No Luck!

Sorry! I checked the whole list, but there wasn't a file named that. I wonder if I have it?
