Photoshop problem

Basically I'm trying to set up Photoshop. When I do it says I need to close the internet. I closed the internet and tried again but to no avail.

I restart the computer, and try again. Same thing, even though I didn't open anything other than the setup. Anyone know how to fix it?

See if iexplore.exe is active in task manager If it is then terminate it and then try running the setup again
