Piano tips/sheet music

I have a cheap digital piano The sustain is either on or off, there is no easing off

Meh! I am just being an a**hole. It sounds great! It's probably just the recording as well. I like the tune. Might have a go at that. Do you know Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven? That might be right up your street too. Not too demanding (some bits are and there are some great stretches!). Its a beautiful piece.

Moonlight Sonata!!?? Wow! Was it the full version or an edited version because that is not easy to play, definitely not as a first piece!!

Romeo and Juliet up to halfway through the first chorus, was just testing that it worked really. Video quality used to be a lot better but it was only a test so I compressed the file 10x and got it working like that.

Sounds pretty good, its fluid. You have the same flat wrists as me Lucky for you though you are a youngun, I'd beg mom and dad for piano lessons.

Nice keyboard too, and congrats on the camera

Recording the introduction to November Rain and Somebody Told Me next, I did November Rain fine but the camera was too close and the piano wasn't loud enough so you can hear all these clicking sounds which really suck. Somebody Told Me was great too, apart from two mistakes that I made which failed it.

Going out soon but I'll hopefully get them done this arvo.

No sheet music, I learned it off a MIDI and Synthesia. It's like 10x easier than sheet music imo.

Where'd you get the midi from? Just a random place online?

There are so many MIDIs over the net mate, it would be impossible for me to remember where I got it from. Just do a google search, November Rain MIDI or go to MIDI Search Engine: Let MIDI Explorer find your files and search from there. MIDI Search Engine: Let MIDI Explorer find your files is great because it's a MIDI searcher, searches all over the net but unfortunately half the links don't work anymore due to Yahoo deleting Geocities.
