Hey guys,

In an effort to encourage a little more contribution here and some friendly competition, I've been given the go ahead to run a "Mod of the Month" competition. The winner will receive the following:

  • Modder Thread stickied for a month
  • Official "Winner" signature graphic [Created exclusively by Biggs]
  • Change of user-name colour*

How it will work

I'll create a thread, listing a Kit or Bat for a user to create. You'll PM me a Screen-Grab of your work from in-game, I'll upload all the entires to a thread and users will vote on who's is the best via a poll. Winner, at the end of the month is the user who has received the most votes in the public poll.

...and you get bragging rights to call yourself the OFFICIAL Planet Cricket '09 Forum Modder of the month!

If it sounds like something you'd be interested in, let me know below... if there's enough interest in this concept, I'll start working on the winner graphics and see if I can't get Aussie1st to pick a colour (PINK ANYONE?!) to add to someones user-name as a special "winner" concept. Heh.

Let me know below...

Note: For obvious reasons, I won't be allowed to enter this and I'll strictly remain impartial "guidance and advice" for all entrants. Except for Aggz, I'll ignore him :p

So can I participate or not? :/

Haha, of course dude. I'm just having you on.

Great, thanks. Will try and get this ready for kick-off in the next couple of weeks and we'll run it for all of September. I'll have a think of a Kit, most likely a past one.... that will really challenge y'all.

Stay tuned.

That's good timing then, might use that for the competition. I was thinking more doing "classic" ODI or T20 shirts, but we'll see. Also want it to be a challenging kit to make as well. I have one in particular in mind...

CONTEST IS NOW OPEN ...plenty of time to enter, read the instructions and get to work.
