I will do it on a different way...
The captains will be asked to give out Contracts to each player..
I have experience with this..

There is a limit on how many of each contracts can be handed out per team:
2A?s, 3B?s, 4C?s, 4D?s, 5E?s.

There is no criteria on who can receive which contract, but it is the captains decision in the end. Only the captain can submit contracts for players and they cannot be changed by anyone. Once submitted, contracts are final and cannot be changed throughout the season. Below is the averages that go with each contract and player type :

More info to that later on..

A biy vary of the averages there. Some are rated too high.

Elaborating on that I'll say it should go like this for pure batsmen:

A: 42
B: 39
C: 36
D: 33
E: 30

& for bowlers:

A: 26
B: 28
C: 29
D: 31
E: 33

Nah Dipak. Those averages are fine. If you have ever experimented with CS, you will know. Batsmen in A group averaging 50 while bowlers averaging 18 is fine. And, similarly with others. The ratings aren't a problem for such a league actually.

And, I request you to take me out of the captaincy list as I won't be much active. Just a few posts here and there. I don't think I'll be able to manage the captaincy atm. Next season maybe...

Alright, If you've tried then it's alright. I am saying it because those rating are very good in test matches so I assumed that if the same is applied to ODI's players will play like it's a T20!
