The captain will also have to get a vice-captain who will be able to post their team if the captain is not online -

This will be hard to decide who to make Captain

it also depends on how often a person visits planet cricket

I will do it on a different way...
The captains will be asked to give out Contracts to each player..
I have experience with this..

There is a limit on how many of each contracts can be handed out per team:
2A?s, 3B?s, 4C?s, 4D?s, 5E?s.

There is no criteria on who can receive which contract, but it is the captains decision in the end. Only the captain can submit contracts for players and they cannot be changed by anyone. Once submitted, contracts are final and cannot be changed throughout the season. Below is the averages that go with each contract and player type :

Most of the managers use Syedur Rahman's Cricsim in their leagues, some of them also use PCCS.
