It's just about showing improvement in your attitude, quality of your posts etc. Generally the members nominated have been mod previewed or banned at some point but that's definitely not a criteria.

Yes i think sigs should be voted on the quality of sig, not what teams on it. If i had a liverpool sig Ste and Kev would vote for it .
