Im goning to make custom training schedules for each player.
You guys can post in here your training schedules for your player.
There are 9 ares of training, they are: Strength, Aerobic, Goalkeeping, Tactics, Ball Control, Defending, Attacking, Shooting, Set Pieces.
You can set a number of different intensities for each area of training. The intensities are:
None, Very Low, Low, Low-Medium, Medium, Medium-High, High, Very High & Intense.
Here is an example using my own players schedule:
Strength: High
Aerobic: Medium
Goalkeeping: None
Tactics: Medium
Ball Control: Very High
Defending: Intense
Attacking: Low-Medium
Shooting: Low
Set Pieces: Low-Medium
The higher the intensity of training the more likley that stats will increase, but also the more likely players will fatigue and get injuries. Be mindful not to set a huge workload if your player has low stamina or fitness because they will become very fatigued and miss matches. Also be aware not to neglect some areas of training. For example, if a defender puts 'none' for attacking then stats like shooting, composure, etc.. will all fall dramatically.
The schedules have an overall workload limit though. You can't just put everything on intense. For example, the example above has a very high workload. If you create a schedules which goes over the limit i will just reduce everything slightly untill it is ok.
Untill a schedule is posted here, your player will remain on the general schedule which has everything on medium.

I have just had a look through the player picture files and .xml files and it is quite easy to add player faces in. If you would like to add a player picture for your player you can post it here or send it to my email:
[email protected]
The picture has to be a
.png file and
95 X 95 in size. Please try to make it that size, if its bigger i will have to re-size it.
You don't have to put your real face in, you could find a picture or you could even use a real players face. Just let me know what you decide.
