Tbh you should have started with only like 12 teams or something (imo). 
IIRC the max teams WPL had was 18, but the squads there were only 15 players (correct me if I'm wrong), so that means you have to rate more players than anyone ever has before on PC. And it's probably going to take longer to put the teams into ICC compared with the likes of cricksim, where now if I have the ratings and bowling types infront of me I can get a team in in about 5 minutes.

Hayden, Ganguly, Flintoff, Ahmed, Mushtaq, two of them haven't played FC cricket since 2008, and two of them haven't played FC cricket since 2009.The only good thing is you've got an Aucklander in there.
In saying that I've got a couple of old buggers as well, but as far as I know mine have all played FC cricket in 2010/2011.
