Okay, I've removed the avatars and chucked a placeholder icon for showing where you have made a post in a thread. I'll have to work more on that - unless someone from the graphics forum wants to try their hand at some icons?

They are just calculated differently. Based on our stats we nearly had the same number of users on Saturday despite being offline for half the day.
