Player editor for ICC 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2020, 2022

I'm trying to find an ungoverned editor for one or more of these ICC, versions - 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2020, or 2022.

I'm interested in any other versions too, if you know where I could get a copy of the particular version. Just need a working editor, don't care what year. If anyone has one or knows of where I could get one, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking only at 2022. Freefort is the only resourceful one and he's not really keen in wasting his time on this I suppose.
