Player Editor issue

I downloaded the Player Editor but I don't know which file to extract it to. Will this mean I can adjust every players skills?

Much apprec if someone can tell me where to extract it to...

I downloaded both, man. Couldn't work out either one. I'll wait till you release the patch that does the extract for you! Which I read in another post is happening quite soon...(good work man!)
