players statistics

hey
In an interview with one of the makers
said that it tracks stats for each player of
everymatch.
i cant see this any where, the only stats i see are:
-quickest 50
-quickest 100
-most 6s in an innings
-highest total

and thats team stats does anyone know if there r player stats in the game
over every game not just 1 competition??and where?

do peoples averages change throughout the game/season/tour/tournament?

if you create a player you can update him but it does'nt change anything really.i'm pretty sure the averages don't change on players e.g.gillie,sachin,waugh.
