Sure, that first innings wasn't good. Martin Gould came within four runs of the first triple century since Frank Chambers (and the only other one in this game), and despite England being 3/15 they cracked 600. But we reached that just 4 wickets down courtesy of a pair of doubles from Parker and the recalled Gilmore. Then a tired England collapsed in a heap, leaving a straightforward chase.
Thomas Tong. Just his second test and third First Class game, in as a reserve before Cam Green broke his arm. And he bats Australia to the most unlikely win. WHAT A GAME!
