PLEASE HELP, Game Crashes

Ok i had no problems during installation, but the game keeps crashing. It just starts the "EA sports its in the game" intro clip, It gets halfway through this then the video freezes. That is it the game just stops responding. I have tried reinstalling, but still same problem. I really want to get this working. So any ideas please say.

My specs:

AMD 2800+
Radeon 9800 pro Ultimate
creative audigy 2 value
512mb ddr 400 pc3200 Kingston Ram
Maxtor 160gb SATA
WD 60GB IDE(slave)

i think you should use Skip Intro Patch which u can find on Download Centre.....i hope that will help u......

Now i can get into the game.

However now doesnt matter what game mode im t rying as soon as i click start, the game just freezes up like before. :crying
