AMA PP - Ask me anything

Do you follow the EPL and if yes, which club?
I've only very recently started following actually. I'm still on the fence as to which club, but Arsenal, Brighton and Villa seem like good options.

Brighton would be a great option as they seem to improve every season, Villa? Not sure, if they have another season then let's see maybe that will be the catalyst for a successful few years.

Arsenal, we bottled the title and feel this is our niche, but we live in hope.

What's a film you could watch over and over again without getting tired?
Why did this not show up as "New" for me?

I don't really watch movies all that much, more of a book reader. I loved watching Eliud Kipchoge's documentary, if that counts, would love to watch that again.

@pillowprocter favourite book(s)?
Lovely question.

I've recently read A Man Called Ove, which is definitely in my top 5, it's amazing. A Thousand Splendid Suns is a really engaging read aswell. When I was younger I used to love the Narnia series, but I haven't read it in a while now.

I haven't read a lot of non-fiction, but if I was to recommend anything it would be A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson, for some it may seem like a science/history textbook but for me it was an interesting read.

Totally agree, Bill Bryson has a unique comedic perspective within his narrative. I teach English lit and I would love to be asked about my favourite books. between KS3 and KS5 the text and syntax vary with plot, sub plots and character development. I prefer books we teach in sixth form as they are more detailed and go deeper into more immersive storylines.

Do you read in English or your native language?

I’m new and just looking across the different threads

Welcome to Planet Cricket bro.

You can spend your vcash in the Shop for various profile customisations. vcash itself means "virtual cash", it has nothing to do with real money.

You can earn vcash in sportbook, fantasy byte or you can look for donations here.

Well thanks for using this as a help thread :/

Never really paid attention to it... I definitely don't get the rules, just know there's a lot of throwing and running with the ball involved

Sorry old Pillow. I’m old and a bit clueless on forum etiquette

@pillowproctor You mentioned that you've lived in 3-4 countries. So here some questions based on that:
1. Best and worst things about each country?
2. Most memorable experience from each country?
3. Any unique perspective you can share with us as someone who has resided in multiple countries, since most people haven't?
4. What country do you want to permanently reside in in the future?
