which tool is the best to cut? which tool the masters here use?

Pen Tool on Adobe Photoshop. I use CS2. I feathered that one to 1 pixel.

Yeah, I also use the pen tool in PS on 0 or 1 pixels. Uusally 1.

Not bad, a bit rough around the edges but would look fine in a wally.
