Premier League - Draft Help

Hello folks,

I am planning to play a 5 team Premier League. It will not be city based, it will be continent based. I need your help in draft. You guys can then follow, but just help in selecting teams.

Teams

1) African Continent - (Zimbabwe, Kenya, South Africa, Namibia)
2) European Continent - (England, Ireland, Scotland, Netherlands)
3) Asian Continent - (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, UAE, Nepal)
4) East - Pacific Continent - (Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea)
5) American Continent - (West Indies, United States, Canada)

Rules

1) Each team will have 20 players
2) Each team will have atleast 2 players from each team.
3) Each team will have atleast 2 wicket keepers.

Anyone interested in helping, let me know. I will decide who will help me in picking. Once again this is not a league, just a league I will play and will post here.(Story kind of)

I think the East-Pacific Continent will have a stronger squad as two of the three teams are champions trophy team.
