The team will get all the big players in 1 round.
If failed to get managers then simply remove some teams.

1. Division 1 and 2 are two separate leagues... so there is no problem one person manage 2 teams of different division...
2. Manager must pick 18 players with in Team budget [division 1 = 5000 & division 2 = 4500]... So if you successfully pick Virat, Ab, Starc and Smith who are 900 players, than you have to settle rest of 14 players from 100 group... so this League is not about pick top players and win the league...
3. As my earlier leagues, Team have to use all 18 player in League matches... So 2-3 Top rated players not win you league...
