Playing BAL, I started off at City after scoring in my scout match. But after six games and half a season, I transferred to Villa. I scored my first league goal against Spurs, then got two against Chelsea. That was it for the season, with Villa finishing 14th, one place above City. In the 2009-10 season, I got 11 goals for Villa, we won the Cup, playing City in the final and winning 2-1 after coming from behind, I was joint top scorer in the Cup with four goals, and was called up for England for the World Cup. I came off the bench four times, without scoring, and we lost to Italy in the Last 16.
Not bad, eh.

i am with sevilla right now...after starting out at tornio i moved to lazio than inter but wanted a change as inter won everything
...so moved to sevilla but i think i am gna move again...maybe to barca or madrid if they come in...won the worldcup and euro cup with england as well...just won european player of the year and narrowly missed out on world player of the year to figo

Got the game on Friday and played BAL literally straight away. I got scouted by Hull but had to endure 15 weeks of training games before I got my chance. I made 3 sub appearances in 4 games, scoring one before moving to United. Yep, the one and only Newcastle United since Hull just didn't appreciate my talent :cool:. I played 6 weeks of training games before getting a spot on the bench. My first start was against Chelsea. At the end of the season, we finished 12th behind Manchester City. I had scored 2 and made 2 in 14 games. Not bad for a CM.
I'm about to start my second season with Newcastle after rejecting, Stoke, Middlesbrough, Reggina, Hull, West Brom and Sunderland.
I'd also like to point out the realism of this game. Ameobi is shite and has cost me millions of assists and the better teams tear you apart. Shame Spurs finished 3rd ahead of Arsenal in 4th though...

Dug out the demo of PES 2009 again yesterday and my impressions second time round are much improved, to the point where I'll probably pick it up now: I especially love the idea of four people playing 'Be A Legend' together online.
Couple of questions: Has anyone done anything about the godawful kicking sound? It's worse than ever now, sounds so plasticy! Also, could anyone point me towards a skills tutorial for PES 2009? That's one area where I still prefer Fifa, I find the skills a lot easier to do in that game.
