Managed to promote Kuwait from Tier 3 to Tier 1 , It's definitely a good do able challenge.

New build uploaded and it include bug fixes relating to tier promotion and relegation getting reset after U21 worldcup. Have to rebuild the standalone exe version as well ,kindly do not use that exe for now as it will not going to work correctly.

Yea there was a bug in the old build , use the latest one.

That doesn't work. I get python code errors. Even though I tried upgrading and made sure dependencies were there.
