Im a little confused how the bids work.... Does every team have 1000 points? What is base prices?

Unfortunately I already orginised a reserve manager who is a friend of mine...

@Markkkkk, so we don't have to bid in each and every rounds, do we bid on the rounds that we interested in? And since there's six of us, why are the only 4 bids per legend?
