Ps3 firmware update 3 has ran into troubles as well. Some users have complained of problems with Dual Shock after updating to this version.

Sony has confirmed that they are checking this on its PS3 blog.

I love my PS3 Slim. It arrived today. I haven't got any games for it yet! I've just been running around Home.

A lot of people hate it but I think it looks alright. My only problem is that everything is massive.

Does anyone bother going for trophies? I try and I'm close to platinuming Fallout 3. I've only got one other platinum and that's Ashes 09.

yea everything is massive! i just thought it was me at first lol.
I never even knew about trophies until ac09, and thats the only platinum I have. You still want to play someday Dr P?

Not got platinum on anything yet, closeish with Fallout 3, but I have no inclination to go back to that buggy piece of turd again.

It'll probably be AC09, I want to platinum GTA4 too, some fun challenges on it by the looks of it.

I like the new update, iPlayer works so much smoother and it's nice to have some of the shows in 1080p on my TV, which looks awful on standard def. Shock is fine for me.

You can no longer have Linux on the new PS3 (slim) it seems. A letdown but I probably would have never learned how to use it properly or to my advantage anyways.

Finally got time to update my fat PS3. The update can truly be called update as it changes the interface. Too bad PSN is not available everywhere.

Sorry for the slight offtopic, but were those bugs fixed by patches (at least for the PC version)?
