I'm playing on Ps4. I want to update the tans to include real players.
When i click on COMMUNITY screen it says "You must be signed in to Playstation Network in order to access this feature".

I just got the game today do haven't really done anything yet. Do i need PS Plus to enter community screen?

You don't need PS Plus - but you do need to be signed into a PSN account, not just a local console account.
