Question on Steam Activation?

Have a quick question that I'm sure a lot of people would like to know. Am I right to assume that at midnight at June 25th/26th, the game will be available to play? If so, is that Australia time or is that based on the time of the country you are in? I'm currently in the USA and in a little over 12 hours, the game should be available Australia time, but if I had to wait for midnight in the states it would be in another 28 hours..... Will the game be out at the same time globally or will it be dependent on your country?
Sorry if this has already been answered in another thread or something. Have checked this site periodically but haven't found an answer... Might be in one of those with 100+ pages

It has been answered, but here you go.

Actual time of release is unknown. Ross at Big Ant Studios seems to think that at best it'll be 9am Pacific USA time (GMT -8) the 26/06/2014. He is seeking confirmation if it will be moved forward.

It will be the same time for everyone, i.e. 5pm in people on GMT 0, 3am on the 27/06/2014 for East Coast Aus people.

Note - not taking into account differences in Daylight Savings Time in affect around the world

EDIT: Just to clarify that my comment above relates to the steam release, it may very well be in stores on Thursday, at near twice the cost though.

Busy through the day on Friday so will be setting up the downloaded teams and so on on Friday night and then diving into Career on Saturday morning by the look of it.

The game is available to play now. Even though it says pre-purchase on the steam client you can download it and play.
