What does the white line around the radar mean? Most of the line is black except a small part of it which is white but it is in different places in different overs?

If it's the same as AC09 then the white line shows the wind direction.

Also the thicker the line the stronger the wind.

Lol Mark, and is it the direction the wind is coming from or blowing to? And how did you find that out because its not in the manual anywhere

In AC09 the white line was wind, Im sure its the same.

One way to check, see which way the wind is blowing, then the next over when you are at the other end, see if its on the opposite side.

The wind is usually coming from the end the ICC members are sitting!
