Ok so after playing for a few days Im convinced that SportsInteraction poker is rigged. Ridiculous amoung of bad beat after bad beat by dodgy players who I am sure are bots.
A little research on the net and there have been thousands of complaints. For just about every site as well. Will finish my bankroll right now and then Im history. Stickign to live games from now on.
I saw 4 quads, multiple straights and a straight flush on the same table within an hour and 15 minutes.
RIGGED
the main sites such as pokerstars, fulltilt etc won't be rigged. they have far much to lose by doing it.
One of the main reasons it seems rigged is because you play twice as many hands an hour, that's assuming you just single table as well. That, combined with simple observation bias will make it seem like it can't be realistic.
With the large volume of poker played online there is not much to gain by rigging it compared to what would be lost if it all came out.
Ways to make money by rigging it would be making big hands come out more frequently in ring games, but that'd be easy for people to investigate. Just log a large volume of hands en masse, and then compare it with the all ready known frequencies available to anyone on the net to read over.
The other way to rig would be player specific i.e. let a player win for a bit, then make them lose the lot, that way they are more likely to reload, knowing they can beat the games, than if they lost it straight away, but the number of new players signing up is increasing, so why risk it?
unless you make a solid record of draws, the percentage you would be to win the hands etc. and can show that you are significantly behind where you should be your evidence for it being rigged is anecdotal and pretty much baseless.
