This is just weird. How the hell is it half the price for me to fly from Aberdeen to London (?80 with taxes and a bag of luggage + being a return) then it is to get the train which will take 7 hours (?180 return) That just seems madness to me. Gotta love easyjet though

Funny that I was reading an article in the SMH about airfares being cheaper than train prices in China, wasn't actually the case when the reporter went there. By the sounds of it, your train fares are way over priced. Would be able to get the same journey length for a maximum of $99 NZ.
