Been watching a lot of House recently Just started the fifth season. I really should be doing some study now. I probably learnt more about medicine over the weekend than economics for my test :/

Mom is making a new sort of dish and I've to be the one to taste it first. I'm just hoping it turns out a good one and somehow I manage to appreciate it without the suspicious look. These sort of experiments have never worked out well though.

I've picked up some chinese from working the casino (it's near chinatown, and there is a strong gambling culture amongst the Chinese... there are even lots of mahjong sets in the casino)

Mainly just some pleasantries/numbers/swear words.

I understood [and found quite funny] a joke made in Chinese on my last shift. That scared me a little bit.

Oooh, nice. I'd love to work at a Casino.

Got anything chinese phrases you can share? At the moment all I know how to say how much (kitho chay), thank you (toh chenee), pork (chasu), bun (pao), rice (fan), chicken (kay) and how to count (yat ee sam say mm look chat pa kou sabt). Need to know the pleasantries like hello, goodbye, where, how are you, your welcome, I don't speak chinese, what's your name, etc...

I'm not but a mate's going to Leeds. Am rather annoyed pretty awesome billing.

Angelos Epithemiou is on the alternative stage as well. He's hilarious.

Yeah Pendulum would've been absolutely immense (even if their mc is shite). It's a bit crap they're on at same time as arcade fire and libertines. Enter Shikari and Pendulum on friday would be quality.

I hope they make a new series of Shooting Stars. Its one of the best comical comebacks I can recall, most are usually terrible.

Especially when you have someone like Angelos Epithemiou who's came through. Just looking at him and I'm nearing stitches.

Not really a fan of Shooting Stars tbh. There's not enough actually talking and jokes and stuff, and more physical stuff and gags. But yeah that angelos guy just looks hilarious!

Its not to everybody's taste. Its extremely surreal which is my sense of humour to a T.

I just got my flinging exam timetable. I take 5 papers this semester (one more than usual) and my 5 exams are within 5 days of each other. They run from Friday-Tuesday, but annoyingly I have one on Saturday morning. In addition to that I have two on the Monday. So flinging annoying.
