I don't understand heavy drinkers either. Or frequent drinkers. Or people who smoke weed. How bad can things be that you want to harm yourself on a regular basis for an artificial buzz/high? Although weed isn't that harmful, so that's kinda alright.

I don't like those who are hooked onto Caffeine either. Pretty much the same issue. Large amounts of caffeine dehydrate you, stunt growth, damage your nerves to the point you can't actually feel 'awake' or 'alive' without it, stain your teeth, etc. I'm somewhat addicted to it and hate that.

I'd give you a 10 minute yoghurt break, but I'm awesome :p
Best Boss Ever.

Can I get on the payroll as a foreign consultant?

Alcohol tastes good though plus makes me do silly things with traffic cones, so for those 2 reasons it is worth it :p

Heck, you can be foreign consultant on sandal imports from the Middle East :p In fact I do give people breaks if we aren't too busy, I set up the McDonalds run for when we are really quiet ;)

I'm in Hong Kong now, but I can work the Middle East angle.

So when do I get my first pay cheque?

I don't understand smoking. Why do something that is actively poisoning your body and killing you? Just for a buzz? Is it really worth shortening your life by 10 to 20 years just so you can enjoy yourself for 5 minutes?

yeah well, eating out at KFC and Mcdonalds will do the same.
any junk food, fried food, stale food,
sodas, lack of exercise, stress, improper food and sleep timings, overeating etc etc...all are potential cancer causing agents.
it seems even drinking hot tea can cause esophageal cancer.

too much sugar..and your getting diabetes which itself will cut your lifespan.
too much mental stress...theres a good chance your getting a heart attack or high blood pressure which may result in brain haemorrhage.

too much of meat consumption and theres a chance of horrible stomach ailments and even colon cancer.

so many side-effects of caffeine addiction.

even when your exposed to the vehicle fumes especially during traffic jams,
your inhaling mostly potential carcinogens.

and i dont think i need to explain the health effects of alcohol.

in the end, am not defending smokers or smoking in general. my point is, live and let live. do everything in moderation. As long as you are not controlled by any addictive, i dont see any harm in taking up the so called "Vices".

Junk Food is on par with Smoking to me anyways.

But the others aren't nearly as harmful. And most of all, the others aren't easily avoidable. For the large part you can't avoid fumes from traffic jams and if your schedule doesn't allow for rest or exercise frequently it can be hard to fix.

But smoking...you're actually paying money for it and taking time out of your day to indulge in it. It's like buying poison. And it's far more harmful than a can of beer every now and then.

Plus there have been no proven benefits of smoking tobacco. In it's case, doing it in moderation is still harmful.

*shrug*. I just don't get it I suppose. Agree to disagree.

today is September 11th as hard as that fact is to ignore. Even though I find prayer to be an exercise in futility, its worth pausing and remembering those who were denied the rest of their lives on this day 9 years ago.

I can't believe 'Curry Muncher' is supposed to be a derogatory term. Are you serious, you are going to make fun of us because we eat a certain food...that is delicious... and how the fudge do you munch curry?

Guess we all can't be dick munchers like Blake and Jakester.

Any way, it's 9/11. Go America.

Bounce & I are in the poker room if anyone would care to join.

Indeed.

I don't know if you guys have seen the coverage of the police/fire/ordinary citizens that worked at ground zero. A lot of them are suffering horribly from the effects of the dust, burning plastics etc from the towers. Many of them - trying to find people in the wreckage and saving lives, have themselves cut their own lives short.

Much respect for and to those people. Still makes me shiver seeing the news footage of it all happening. I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing - as I'm sure was the same for all of you.

I was in there but its too slow, and pot limit so its rather boring.

Need some no limit action
