If they had changed the stripes of Argentina to that of Barcelona's and asked two of their mid fielders to wear Xavi and Iniesta's jerseys, maybe Messi could have won it for them then . Regarding Brazil's elimination, even a newly born infant could take better spot kicks than their entire team! Woeful.

Its against the rules to run up, stop turn around and then backheel it. When taking a penalty it has to be one continous movement from when you start running in.

Its percieved as unsportsman like conduct as you're trying to put off the goally by not running up and kicking it.
