Lol. My whole college selection thing was crazy. I was first going to go to a combined medical (guaranteed acceptance to med school after BSc) program at MSU. Then I had second thoughts and considered the same type program at Wayne State University, because it is a much, much much better school but the undergraduate isn't that reputed and it is in Downtown detroit. Then I reconsidered the University of Michigan, which is a prestigious undergrad in a great college campus but it leaves an uncertain future and costs a lot more $$$ (full ride at Wayne). I kept shuttling between these decisions all through the summer - I said yes to all 3 places - and finally decided on the BS+MD program at Wayne State. I'm here to give it a shot, because it is a very very competitive program and it is really tough to get into (10 selected out of over 5,000 applicants), and if I really don't like the place I can always transfer to UMich. So far, its not so bad. We'll see though.
