Ahh. I'm back this Sunday. Not impressed with early Monday mornings this semester.

In at 9:45 on Monday.

Wednesday and Friday off

Similar to me, I'm in at 9 on Monday's and have Wednesday and Friday's off. Hoping there are fearsome tweak all assignments this semester and I can waste it drinking, watching films and writing ????. I'm such a good student.

..not a very good dream though. Just working as an Electrician, making a decent crust looking to move to the US soon see my family n shiznit.

Haha, what happened was I turned 18 and then went off to uni. Those days of being a mod on here seem a long time ago.

Was kayaking around a local river yesterday and was approached by a game warden (police officer) on a kayak. Checked my fishing license and PFD and was on his way. Funny to see a cop on a yak though.

snapped a picture of him ticketing some unlicensed fishermen.

Lol, wtf? A police officer writing out tickets for fishing licenses?

Don't you have a 'Fisheries', like a fishing department with its own officers who go around. Bit of a waste of police putting them in kayaks to hand out petty fishing fines!

technically they are game wardens, under the Parks and Wildlife department. But on the lakes they essentially have the same authority as a police officer. Basically their jurisdiction is all the waterways and parks of the state. They aren't exactly cops but they are armed and can arrest you.
